The services offered on this website include one-on-one coaching, manuscript review, beta reading, story outline support, and other writing services. Services are available throughout the year, but availability may be limited at certain times. Services may be booked directly through Fiverr or via the contact form on this website.

3. Payment Terms
Payments for services are made via PayPal or Fiverr. Prices for services are fixed and may include packages or pricing based on word count. Prices may change periodically, but the most current rates will always be posted on the website.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
To cancel a service, please provide at least 24-48 hours’ notice. If a session is missed or canceled without sufficient notice, no refund will be issued. In cases of legitimate personal or scheduling conflicts, I will do my best to reschedule at a time that works for both of us. Refunds are available on a case-by-case basis and are typically issued when the service has not been delivered or if the work must be redone.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
Clients retain full ownership of their manuscripts and submitted materials. However, feedback, reviews, and coaching materials provided by me remain the intellectual property of Elin Kindstrand. Clients may use the feedback for their work but may not claim it as their own or redistribute it.

6. No Guarantees of Success
While I always strive to provide valuable feedback and coaching, I cannot guarantee specific results, including publication or success in the market. The progress and outcome of your work depend on various factors, and it’s ultimately up to the writer to implement and make use of the feedback.

7. User Conduct
Clients agree to treat me and the services with respect and professionalism. Any behavior considered abusive, harassing, or disruptive will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of services without refund.

8. Data Privacy & Protection
I collect personal information, including names and email addresses, through sign-up forms, contact forms, and service bookings. 9. Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of my services. I do not accept responsibility for any actions taken based on the feedback or coaching provided.

11. Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled under UK jurisdiction.

I will not be held responsible for any failure or delay in providing services caused by events beyond my reasonable control, including natural disasters, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
